Magic Trick #32 for you -

LinkedIn is the best lead generator tool in 2024.

More and more companies are leveraging this platform to push their biz.

Before I get into - how to do it better?

Let’s start with some basics.

What is lead generation?
Lead generation comprises of all activities relating to the identifying and nurturing of potential customers.

Why are Leads important?

Pushes for more business

A percentage of leads gets converted into paying customers.

How do you generate Leads on LinkedIn?

This is where a deeper understanding of the platform is important. Each aspect of the platform provides you with different ways of qualifying a lead.

There are perhaps 100 different ways.

We’ll talk about 5 of my favourites -

1/ Endorse

Everybody loves a compliment.

This section is a golden opportunity for both lead generation and lead nurturing.

In terms of generation, you’ll be able to find prospects by looking at the endorsements of your existing connections. (these are your peers)

There’ll be names from common industries in there that you haven’t reached out to yet.

Endorsing a lead can light some fires and break some ice.

You pop up on their notification

2/ Use content

But also use everyone else’s.

Put your name in the comment section.

People will start to take notice.

Yes, use your content but also -

Focus on making comments that open up discussion.

On top of that, you can be a little nosey at who is commenting on posts of other industry experts and influencers.

There could be a few prospective customers waiting for you.

3/ View who else is viewing

The ‘People Also Viewed’ section is the real deal.

It displays 10 potential prospects that are very similar either to yourself or the profile that you are already looking at.

Why use this?

This feature is updated multiple times each month.

Best part?

View their profile and check their People Also Viewed One prospect becomes 10.

4/ Find out who viewed your profile

These are as close to an inbound lead as you can get.

When someone views your profile, they are interested in something.

Premium users receive an unlimited view of who has been sniffing around, as well as trends in viewership and industry representation.

Check out this red-hot stuff.

If somebody’s having a look at you, have a look at them.

5/ Lead Recommendation

If you have Sales Navigator, check this feature out.

These are based on your sales preference, search history, and interactions with different profiles.

These leads are probably exactly what you are looking for.

There are so many other ways you can explore.

All it requires is a little bit of patience and a knack for relating metrics all around.

My take?

If you are on LinkedIn, start a business.

I want you to know that the leads are waiting for you.

We are on a run to make this newsletter the next James Clear. Help us get there by recommending this one. We’ll shower you with love all your life.
